Safestore's project comprises two distinct structures. Building 1 features a sleek duo pitch building which is 15m meters long, 11.2 meters wide, 3 meters to the eve, consistent of 6 units. Meanwhile, Building 2 boasts a U-shaped monopitch building which is 55.3 meters wide, 26.8 meters long, 3 meters to the eve. Consisting of 22 units. Each unit boasts partition walls, secure spring-loaded roller doors, and efficient plastic guttering.

 

Cladding is well-considered, with 5mm single-skin sheet walls, a 0.7mm corrugated single-skin roof augmented with anti-condensation wrapping. These additions cater to Safestore Wimbledon's outdoor drive-up units, complementing a showcase including 42 units in Birmingham - a testament to our commitment to quality storage solutions.
