Apps Court Farm

At Apps Court Farm, We built two distinct buildings both characterised by duo-pitch frames and comprehensive mezzanines interconnected by staircases. The first building, measured 25 meters in length, 15 meters in width, and reaching a height of 6 meters to the eve, harmonised with the second building, which stood at 9 meters in length, 8 meters in width, and shared the same eve height. These structures were thoughtfully designed to accommodate the needs of a burgeoning startup enterprise, offering an ideal operational environment for new machinery and storage. 

 

Additionally, the incorporation of mezzanines and strategically positioned windows introduced designated office spaces within the complex. The presence of multiple windows, roller doors, and personnel doors ensured functional versatility. To infuse the interiors with ample natural light, 10 skylights adorned the roofs. The commitment to comfort and efficiency was evident in the cladding choices: a uniform 40mm composite for Building 2 and an enhanced 100mm composite for Building 1, aiming to mitigate noise pollution and bolster insulation capabilities.
