Summary

Here we built a 36 meter long and 14 meter wide duo pitch steel frame building that stands with a height of 4.5 meters to the eve and featuring 12 skylights for optimal natural light. The structure includes 3 roller doors measuring 4 meters in height and 4 meters in width, alongside 3 double personnel doors and 3 single fire access doors. 

This project marks another addition to a series of buildings built for the client's expanding commercial endeavors. Notably, the building's design accounts for potential future partition walls, accommodating tenant preferences for separate units or the market's demand for increased revenue through individual spaces. The roof is covered with 80mm composite corrugated cladding, while the walls boast 60mm composite corrugated cladding.
